Training Courses

Have you ever wondered what makes an infant coo or a toddler tick?

Child Care Licensing, in partnership with the Texas Agrilife Extension Service, an educational agency of the Texas A&M System, invites you to participate in a new series of online training courses designed with you in mind! Courses were created and developed by the Texas Agrilife Extension in collaboration with Child Care Licensing using funds provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

These online training courses are quick, free, and an easy way to learn about the benefits of establishing healthy eating habits at a young age, how to reduce the risk of SIDS, the importance of effective communication with your child care provider, and tips on how to understand and deal with challenging behavior in your toddler, plus much more! Classes are 1-2 hours in length, available online, and are FREE!  Please visit infanttoddler.tamu.edu to view the variety of training topics available and learn more about infants and toddlers today!
