Workforce Solutions is the workforce development network for businesses and residents of Hidalgo, Starr and Willacy counties in the lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas. We provide free job orientation, education, training and job placement to job seekers, and prepare them for competitive employment in manufacturing, healthcare, retail, hospitality, business services, homeland security, law enforcement and construction.
The Office for Business Partnerships
The Office for Business Partnerships (OBP) is a division of Workforce Solutions. The OBP provides local employers with business consulting services, such as addressing human resource challenges and identifying the skills sets for open positions. These skills sets are then communicated to our recruitment division with the Workforce Centers.
